From M5 Support
Your phone uses one of two M5 platforms. To find out which one you are using, follow these instructions:
- Browse to http://user.m5net.com.
- Log in with your phone number and voicemail or phone password.
- Your phone number should be entered without any special characters (e.g. 6462305000).
